It works with every other device I have so far and just not my bathroom speaker. They created a new case number for me, too. The point is that you need to do something on the Sharkk speaker to make it show up for pairing, not that the button press sequence will be the same. I successfully paired the UE Boom and It shows connected. In the sound settings it shows the device, and lets me click on it to select it.
