If you mean increasing FOV as you would on a monitor, VR doesn't work that way. FOV is fixed to whatever the HMD is designed to output, changing it would make things look heavily distorted. Though SkyrimVR does have a toggle that reduces FOV whenever the player is moving so perhaps it's that. It's in the VR settings menu.
