I am modifying the tank now & when finished intend sealing again with Por 15 . Has anyone practical experience of the best means of removing the existing sealer ? Pulled the canopy to find bubbling and peeled paint, some chips sitting in the bottom of the tank. No rust just bubbling paint, it looks factory but I'm third owner.
