Organic Chemistry involves memorization (drawing structures, naming structures, mechanisms, etc.) Webbtw this class is not easy with any professor, it’s a difficult class and you should expect to spend considerable time if you want a high grade. Exams are multiple choice and short essay. You need to understand the concepts - and there are many. YouTube is a good resource if you are a visual learner like me. I found the class to be easy.
