WebGala Hotels is a complete scam. Booked a hotel room through them at Rome Hilton Fiumicino Hotel. They took my money and never booked the room. Showed up with what Gala Hotels said was a confirmed reservation which the hotel had no record of. I have emailed them repeatedly without success.
