WebActually, Caitha's Chime is the better Hex-Chime. When infused with Dark it has 287 Dark AR by itself and a S in scaling from dark. With 145 castspeed on top of it. Its literally for hexes what the Dragon Chime infused with Lightning is for Miracles. Chime of Want has more damage, true, but its also slower. WebSunset Staff and Chime of Want are the best for hexes themselves I believe, assuming you have the stats to use them. Without going to 40FTH Cathia's chime is better of course. However not being able to cast sorceries out of the Sunset Staff or miracles out of Cathia's chime can be a pain.
